Kjetil brings over 25 years of extensive experience as a business advisor, specializing in strategy development, leadership, business development, and finance. With a degree in economics (Siviløkonom) from 1986, Kjetil began his career in the IKO Group before moving on to become an Associate Director at Arkwright for four years. He later spent seven years as a partner at Innovation Strategic Consulting, where he was responsible for the Corporate Finance division.In recent years, Kjetil has held various CFO roles, guiding companies through restructuring and growth phases. Since joining Lisa Solutions in 2020, Kjetil has been instrumental in driving financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the micro-mobility market.

Pavel Kurnosov is a highly accomplished CTO with a wealth of experience leading technology teams to success. As the CTO of Lisa Solutions, Pavel has been instrumental in driving cutting-edge innovation in AI, IoT, and data analytics, transforming complex challenges into scalable solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and system architecture, Pavel’s leadership ensures that Lisa Solutions technical operations run seamlessly. Anthony Fortin is the Chief Operations Officer at Lisa Solutions, where he combines his extensive experience in micro-mobility operations with deep expertise in fleet management software. Having held leadership roles at Lime and Voi, Anthony is adept at optimizing fleet performance through data-driven software solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service reliability.
